St52 steel (St52-3) is an unalloyed structural steel grade complies with DIN 17100: 1980. ST 52-3 is low carbon steel grade, excellent weldable, the most widely used steel grade used for cylinder tubes. Normally supplied stressed relieved and annealed to either Din 2391-C for seamless tubes or Din 2393-C for welded tubes. ST 52.3 Honed cylinder tubes are highly durable and resistant to wear and tear. They are commonly used in applications where heavy loads and high pressure are present, such as in construction equipment, agricultural machinery, and mining equipment.
