Precision seamless hydraulic tube or high pressure hydraulic tube is a kind of seamless cold drawn tube. It is a steel pipe produced by hot rolling and annealing through a cold rolling process. The inner surface of the seamless hydraulic steel tube has no weld seam or joint between the two ends of the tube, so it gets the name.
There are three types according to its wall thickness: thick-walled seamless hydraulic steel tube, medium-walled seamless hydraulic steel tube, and thin-walled seamless hydraulic steel tube.
Thick-wall seamless hydraulic steel tubes are usually used in large diameter pipelines with high pressure medium-walledow range; medium walled seamless hydraulic tubes are usually used in medium diameter pipelines with low pressure and moderate flow range; thin-walled seamless hydraulic tubes are usually used in small diameter pipelines with low pressure and small flow range.
